SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12 noon normally ship same day and should arrive to you within 2-3 business days or less (Some exceptions may apply).
Special order items typically take longer than items stocked at our warehouse locations and delivery may take anywhere from 2-3 weeks.
Shoprite Supplies a division of Triple A Supplies, Inc. ships to the 50 contiguous United States. Please see our Order Policy for order procedures shipping to APO/FPO locations.
Shoprite Supplies a division of Triple A Supplies, Inc. uses 4 delivery methods. Our Delivery Trucks, Parcel carrier such as UPS, DHL or Federal Express, Over-sized Parcel Carrier and Freight Carrier.
Due to product weight, size, shape, or safety standards, some items are not shippable by parcel carrier, and require safe delivery via common over-sized parcel carrier or freight carrier. In such instances, it may be necessary to include a weight based freight charge due to the additional cost to deliver the product(s). Shipping charge will be reflected in the cart when viewed.
For residential & business orders shipped by common carrier, normal delivery is to curbside or loading dock and not inside the home or business. For any special request such as in home delivery or set up the freight company may assess additional charges. Customers are responsible for any such charges.
Include the most relevant phone number to contact when the order is placed. Customer is responsible for additional charges in case(s) of missed appointments or re-delivery.
Contact Shoprite Supplies a division of Triple A Supplies, Inc. directly for any special delivery instructions. Alternatively, the consumer is responsible to provide a signed special instruction note for the driver in a conspicuous location at the delivery location.
SHIPPING RATES
The following guidelines are used in calculating freight charges for shipments within the continental United States via UPS standard ground service.
Order Value* Freight Charge $0 - $50 $10.00 $51 - $100 $12.50 $101 - $500 Calculated as 15% of order value. We will contact you with actual shipping costs before finalizing order $501 - $1500 Calculated as 10% of order value. We will contact you with actual shipping costs before finalizing order $1500 + Calculated as 10% of order value. We will contact you with actual shipping costs before finalizing order (*Before any applicable taxes.)
Special shipping requests will be handled on an as needed basis.
Also, it is important to note that NOT ALL ITEMS listed in our catalog are able to be shipped via UPS. (Examples include certain types of chemicals or extremely large products.) Unfortunately, we are currently unable to highlight these specific items for your shopping convenience. If a non-UPSable item is ordered we will notify you of the problem via e-mail or phone. We apologize for this inconvenience.

ORDER POLICY
Shopping: Shopping is simple with Shoprite Supplies. We have designed the website to be very easy to use. You can either click the categories on the left hand panel of each page, or enter a keyword of the item you need in our search box in our catalog. When you find the item you wish to purchase, simply add it to your shopping cart. When you have completed shopping, click the checkout button to pay for your purchase or if you are a current customer you can choose invoice me. Shoprite Supplies a division of Triple A Supplies, Inc. accepts Visa/MasterCard, American Express & Discover. We also accept payment by check through the mail.
At Shoprite Supplies, we do our best to provide the most accurate and timely information on our products and services. Due to the fact that our site uses a very high degree of electronics automation, software, and human contact, it is possible that an occasional error or errors may appear on our site. In the event of such error(s), Shoprite Supplies, has the absolute right to disallow any transaction by a user of Shoprite Supplies business or website, in which Shoprite Supplies, Inc. would be adversely affected. That may include the cancellation of order(s) placed with our company, as well as the cancellation of an order(s) following its shipment and/or receipt by our customer(s).
We reserve the right at any time to collect from customers, the value of any amount(s) received unjustly due to errors or omissions on the Shoprite Supplies a division of Triple A Supplies, Inc. Website, products shipped in error or otherwise.

Special Orders: Special order items typically take longer to receive than items stocked at our warehouse locations, as they are often shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Delivery may take anywhere from 2-3 weeks in some cases. Please ask your sales representative for more details. Due to the nature of these products any cancellation must be received within 24 hours and no returns are permitted.
APO/FPO: APO/FPO orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Shoprite Supplies a division of Triple A Supplies, Inc. will charge actual cost of the freight from the U.S. Post Office to the domestic APO/FPO destination. Please be advised that you will be contacted by customer service in regards to the additional freight that may be applicable. Tracking information and insurance is not available. Final delivery of the order will be subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services. Shoprite Supplies a division of Triple A Supplies, Inc. is not able to ship liquid or aerosol products to APO/FPO locations.
Returns: All unopened products purchased at Shoprite Supplies a division of Triple A Supplies, Inc. can be returned within 10 days of your receipt provided you have an authorized return merchandise number from our customer service department. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for the following items: floor machines, perishable items, outdoor structures & outdoor structure accessories. Product returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping fees and special handling fees are non-refundable. Orders that are not charged for shipping are subject to original shipping cost of delivery. The refunded amount will be issued to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. For orders placed in error, the cost and responsibility to ship the product back to Shoprite Supplies a division of Triple A Supplies, Inc. shall be that of the customers.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: All orders are processed upon receipt. It is only possible to cancel an order prior to shipping. All cancellations may be subject to a credit card processing and any additional associated fees. Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. Cancellation for large over-sized products must either be called in directly or we must receive notification in writing within 24 hours of the order being placed to avoid any additional shipping cost.
